Hello! I’m Kate

I founded Raising Mamas with a passion to help families navigate the postpartum world—a space that is often overlooked. The focus is deeply rooted on the child’s wellbeing and the new parents are left to fumble through with little support. The push and pull of parenthood can simultaneously be the most rewarding but also challenging role to step into and I want you to know you are in fact, not alone!

While I have big dreams for what Raising Mamas will become, I am currently focused on getting families the sleep they deserve. As a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant, I work with children ranging from birth to 5 years of age. I want to give you the tools to confidently plan your day, gain back a sense of control and ultimately get more sleep!
