About Mama + Babe
The first year of your baby's life is full of beautiful highs, challenging lows and lots of late-night Googling. As a new mom, it's natural to feel uncertain at times. Instead of searching for answers online, Mama + Babe offers a nurturing and supportive environment where you'll receive expert guidance to help you navigate the unknown. You'll connect with other moms, build your confidence and gain the tools to confidently support your baby through each exciting milestone.
Our 8-week sessions are thoughtfully designed to support you and your baby through the first year of life. Each Mama + Babe group brings together babies of the same age, so each session is is perfectly suited to the development milestones your little one is experiencing.
After completing each session, you’ll have the opportunity to continue on to the next, growing alongside your baby and connecting with other moms experiencing the same stages. This continuity allows you to follow your child’s progress while building a strong support network with others who are on this beautiful journey with you.

Yes! We are starting off small with plans to offer multiple groups per month, expanding our age range. Classes are based on demand—email with your baby’s birthdate to learn when your group will start

Each group has a maximum of 10 Mamas (and their babes). This is intentional to ensure an intimate, welcoming environment where everyone’s voice can be heard and personalized questions can be answered

All groups are 8-week sessions and we do not accept drop-ins as the sessions are developed to build community and curriculum. Each week we will cover new topics

We get it—baby’s and life can be unpredictable. If you can’t make class please reach out to Kate and we can call you into class if that works, otherwise all course materials are provided and you are welcome to come early/stay after 15 minutes the next class to talk to instructor and catch up
